Theological Trends in the Seventh-day Adventist Church Seminar held at the West Panama Conference

Gerhard Pfandl, associate director of the Biblical Research Institute, was invited to visit the West Panama Conference. He spoke to the pastors about current theological trends in the Seventh-day Adventist Church and held a seminar on the Trinity for pastors, elders and lay members which was attended by more than eight hundred people.

Issues in Contemporary Adventist Theology taught at the Peruvian Union University in Lima, Peru

Clinton Wahlen was at the Peruvian Union University in Lima, Peru from February 8 to 19 teaching the course “Issues in Contemporary Adventist Theology” to 43 graduate students, many of whom are themselves teachers and administrators in Peru. While there, 20,000 Seventh-day Adventist young people were involved in a “Caleb outreach” blanketing the city of Lima with evangelistic meetings, health programs, and community service projects.
